What is NMC E-Services?

NMC is a ULB. (Urban Local Body) providing mandatory services street lighting, health, water, fire etc. along with other services such as Bus Transport, maintenance of roads, Schools etc. Statutory & Other services, citizen of Nagpur city has to approach various offices of NMC for doing their work. Such as property tax payment, water bill, application for mutation, issuance of Birth & Death Certificate, Registration of Birth and Death, Sanctioning of house maps, Sanctioning of food licenses & their renewals and various other services.

As the offices of NMC are providing these services are located at different places. People have to face difficulty to do their works. Hence, it was decided to centralize working of NMC & provide this services through CFC’s run by NMC. Accordingly 3 CFC’s. One at Civil lines HQ and other two at Asinagar & Lakadganj zone are created and these services are provided through these zonal offices.

What is Private CFC?

However, it has come to know that still the people are facing hardship on big scale as these zonal offices and CFC’s are not sufficient to cater the need of citizen of Nagpur city. Moreover citizen has to come during the office time to NMC offices so that he has to spare time from his own work.

Hence it was decided that these services should be provided at the next door to the citizen and for maximum time of the day may extend to 24x7. This concept is to be fulfilled therefore the private CFC’s are approved by NMC.

Hence, we have taken a step forward to start more than 100 CFC’s allotted to the unemployed youths & social organization. So that the unemployment problem can be solved to certain extent and citizen should get efficient services at their doorsteps
